General Offer Terms
•Only one offer can be availed at a time per client.
•Offers are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Terms & Conditions
1. General
•By engaging with Spitel, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
•All services provided are subject to availability and technical feasibility.
•Spitel reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
2. Services
•Deliverables and timelines will be defined in the project proposal or agreement signed between Spitel and the client.
•Any additional features, revisions, or requests beyond the agreed scope may be charged additionally.
•Spitel maintains the right to use project materials for portfolio and marketing purposes unless agreed otherwise.
3. Payments
•All payments must be made as per the invoicing terms shared at the start of the project.
•Delay in payments may result in a hold on services until dues are cleared.
•GST and applicable taxes will be charged in addition to the quoted price.
4. Intellectual Property
•All content created remains the property of Spitel until full payment is received.
•Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client, excluding proprietary tools or code.
5. Confidentiality
•Spitel respects client confidentiality and agrees not to disclose any sensitive information without prior consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
•Spitel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the services.
